Event Introduction

The competition is a personal competition subordinate to China international Culinary Art Competition and focusing on dessert and baking. This year’s baking and dessert competition items are more inclined towards more accessible categories. Simple items can instead highlight the contestants’ basic skills and their abilities to create, improve and upgrade. Competition Structure

The FHC International Western Culinary Competition, FHC International Chinese Culinary Competition, FHC International Western Pastry Competition, FHC International Western Bakery Competition and FHC Aussie Meat Butchers Challenge are all part of the FHC China International Culinary Arts Competition. They are judged according to the competition rules of the World Chefs Federation and award certificates and medals certified by the World Chefs Federation.
