European Union Region of Honour for FHC Shanghai 2025

We are pleased to announce that the European Union will be the Region of Honour at FHC Shanghai 2025. This prestigious recognition highlights the exceptional quality and diversity of European food and beverage products that will be showcased at this premier industry event.

The European Union will proudly participate with a dedicated EU Pavilion (booth N3D31) at FHC Shanghai 2025, taking place from November 12-14, 2025, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC).

As Region of Honour, the EU will present its ‘Irresistible Europe, Countless Combinations’ campaign, promoting the excellence of fine European food and beverage products in China. Visitors to the European Union Pavilion will enjoy an unforgettable experience while discovering the safety, quality, authenticity, and sustainability of a diverse array of European food and beverage products from all 27 Member States.

Exhibition Highlights

The EU Pavilion will feature over 220 premium products with special emphasis on:

Products protected as geographical indications (GIs) – the EU’s quality certification system that safeguards products unique to specific regions and their traditional production methods

Certified organic products demonstrating Europe’s commitment to sustainability

Attendees can look forward to engaging product-oriented sessions and spectacular live cooking demonstrations by renowned chefs like Fabio Falanga and Jonny Gu, who will showcase the versatility and excellence of European ingredients.
